Monday - The Weekend - June 5-8, 2009

Whew! It was a busy weekend! Friday night we went to see Upright & Breathin' at the Valle Crucis park. Saturday up early for a walk with the dogs and then rollerblading for the first time with a friend. Forgot to take a photo of this...... it would have been entertaining if you like to see people looking silly! And then out to the lake for the afternoon and out to dinner with friends later in the evening. Did you notice the very hungry Carp by the dock in the photo. A little girl was feeding them. I am a salt water girl who is not used to lakes, so this was a site for me. Never seen any think like it! Sunday was just as eventful.... First a bike ride, then a walk, then a ride up on the Parkway in search of a picnic spot. Btw, that's my hubby takin' it easy on our picnic! Wow- Now that it's Monday, I think we should put our feet up and relax today!! What do you all think? Busy weekend or did you opt for some R&R in a nice, comfy spot?
